Shipping & Delivery
- We charge $30 for delivery anywhere in NZ. For any orders with a blind over 1900 we charge between $45 – $95 for delivery anywhere in NZ.
- Consider delivery to a work address for speed & convenience.
- We currently use Toll Transport, Mainfreight and Castle Parcels for nationwide deliveries.
On receipt of your order:
- If you notice any damage to the packaging please do not sign the delivery docket.
- Open your order immediately (even if you don’t plan to install your blinds straight away).
- If there is any damage to the product please photograph and email within 24 hours. Here are our contact details.
Note:
The reality with couriered products is that from time to time they will arrive damaged. Although it is not your fault you do become the most important party in ensuring a smooth resolution.
